SHIPPING POLICY
All orders over $10 will enjoy free standard shipping within the US using major carriers. Shipping time is approximately 3-7 business days. If you need expedited shipping, please choose your option at checkout. Orders are normally processed and shipped out within 1 business day. Please note glues and toolkits are not included when using air shipping due to shipping restrictions.
We now ship to Canada for a flat rate of $10 with Standard Shipping, regardless of order amount. Shipping time to major cities is around 5 business days. Options for Expedited and Express Shipping available at checkout. Customers will be responsible for any import duties and taxes incurred.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns will be accepted within 14 days from order date. To request a return, please email us at support@miniaturejoy.com. Include your name and order number in your email so we'll be prepared to receive your return. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note original shipping fees paid will not be refunded.
