Miniature dollhouse kits are 1:24 scales dollhouses that need to be assembled from scratch. These kits contain everything needed for assembly and step by step instructions. You do not need to buy additional materials. They are a fun alternative for people who like dollhouse but find it challenging to work on traditional dollhouse.

Kits come in different sizes and each requires different amount of time to complete depending on your skills. Please use the "Assembly Time" in the description of each kit as a guidline. We suggest you to start with a small or simple kit that can be completed in about 10 hours.

All our kits come with basic tools and glues. For your convenience, you might find a self healing mat useful for cutting and holding all the waste. Double sided tape is also useful in some applications.

Each kit comes with two types of glues. White glue and alcohol glue. We recommend using white glue for bonding paper and alcohol glue for bonding wood and other types of meterials.

Yes! Definitely! We'd like to share a few tips from our own experiences: 1. Use the material list to carefully examine the completeness of materials. Let us know right away if you have missing or broken pieces so that we can replace them ASAP. 2. Mark all wood pieces with their corresponding part# as you examine the materials, especially those pieces that are similar. Pay attention to the measurements. This makes it easier and saves time when you start building. 3. Make copies of printing paper so you don't need to worry about making mistakes. (Forgot to copy but ruined the originals? No worries! Let us know and we'll take care of that.)

Of course! You are not alone. A lot of people are afraid of doing the electrical part of the work, so we are going to share some useful tips to help you with that. 1. Make sure you read this document we created to help you identify the positive and negative nodes. 2. Strip about 1/2" of all wires that need to be connected. Some of our kits have pre-stripped wires to make connection easier. 3. Make sure you connect POSITIVE WITH POSITIVE, NEGATIVE WITH NEGATIVE. Wrap your connections with tape and be sure the positive and negative wires do not touch each other by accident. 4. If the lights do not turn on, always check whether you've connected the wrong nodes.

We ship to US and Canada, including Hawaill and Alaska. We do not ship to the rest of the world at this moment. However, we'll be expanding our shipping to European countries later in the year.

For missing or broken pieces, please use the "Request Replacement" form to submit your request. You may use this form for orders purchased on both Amazon and our site. Please have your order ID ready when completing the form.

We'll gladly accept returns within 14 days from order date providing the product is unused. Please submit your return request by email us at support@miniaturejoy.com. You'll be responsible for return shipping fee. Once we receive your return we'll process your refund. Please note that any shipping charges paid will not be refunded.
